Railing against the orthodoxies and Advaitins...

The theme of railing against the orthodox and Advaitins finds repeated mention, including in the recent post on this rare and inspiring philanthropist who conducts the last rites of complete strangers. The latest grouse voiced is about 'less than passionate attachment' to good samaritan deeds..
All the orthodoxists and Advaitins you have encountered (and will ever encounter) are 'pseudos'. The true orthodoxists have the greatest regard for those who selflessly serve society.

  1. Pray where are those so called pure advaithins and the orthdoxins? If every one is a pseudo, there must be something seriously wrong with the system/faith/belief and what have you.

I am however happy that there is at least one who seems to have almost a talibanic type faith, and is genuinely affected by even the slightest form of expression of unease/doubts.

Sorry boss, I just give up. My only fear is I may give up on the faith totally, if I do not get satisfactory answers. If that's Gods Will, let that be.

I am also neither impressed by the bhakthi gang who do "jay jay vittal" nor by the (to borrow your phrase) the pseudo modern intellectual/highly read gang of individuals who talk about "aham brahmaasmi" types, and my railing and rantings will I am afraid can probably get shriller, if I see / witness/hear such seemingly preposterous/unequal/biased/ dispensation of justice by Him, and it's justification on the pleas (a) My devotion is inadequate (b) its all praarabda kind of manure.

I am also apalled to find that my observation on the smug assumption that knowledge acquired thru reading scriptures, without the need for a grace can be be intrepreted as railing.

If this is wisdom, or grace, or paripakkuam, or anything akin to realisation then I am tempted to "damn" it. Period

    Love
