I suddenly discovered, that this family blog would be a wonderful place to place my greetings to family members, on occasions like birthdays, wedding anniversaries, etc. Sometimes I had found that in the absence of individual ids, msg thru other ids either do not reach them, or they are somehow missed, which is quite sad.
The blog is also quite likely to be missed, but if it is seen, the responses are more likely to be in the blog, (even if it's much later) which is one of the purposesof the blog. So here I go.
First to Anirudh - the youngest in the lokanathan kaushika clan. Happy birthday, the 2nd for him. Many many happy returns of the day, and a wish that nothing connected with him in his life is ever 2nd, it is just First, First, and First......... Love, plenty of hugs, and lots of kisses from Geetha, Umesh, and Ofcourse yours truly........ Vichu the great. ( Still 22nd in USA).
Supriya - The youngest female child in the family...... Many many more happy returns of the day beta. The girls add colour and gaiety to everything they are connected with. May you bring colour and gaity, and peace to all of us oldies in there "jignyaasaa" driven mundane life. Love, hugs and kisses beta from Geetha Umesh and Vichu.
Swati one of the two very sweet betis of the family. Very very happy wedding anniversary to you sweetheart, and Kumar, and many many more "Krishna bhakhthi cum entertaining" returns of the day. Plenty of Love...... Vichu, Geetha, and Umesh. PS Love to your great great children, who just by their mere presence permeate the surroundings with total bliss.
Today is Ganesh Chaturthi day. What better way of starting, other than this "best wishes" greetings.
May God bless us all. Love
Vichu
Dear Chittappa
ReplyDeleteIt's a great idea to share wishes for the day. We spoke to Supriyaa today to wish her. Belated Happy B'day to Aniruddh Kutti..
BTW, the youngest in the Kaushika clan is MRK - Madhav Ramachandran Kaushik!

Of course yes!. After attending the "aandu Niraivu", just about a few weeks back, how could I have missed it? Thanks for the reminder.
ReplyDeleteI still have a slight disappointment, on the blog front. Barring a few, not many seem inclined to visit it, even once a week, notwithstanding the quite strong reasons put forward in their defense. The other two greetings will now qualify only for a "late fee"!!!
Part of the "nishkama karma"; I would fill up the columns regardless of even total lack of response.....

By some idiotic calculation, I mistook the number 2 mentioned in ALV's blog to stand for 2nd September. My apologies to young aniruddh! May he see great heights of thought and action in his life.
ReplyDeleteSwati and Kumar - our best wishes to you and may you jointly write the best taxation softwware around{consider using the steam engine if the rules engine fails:-)}

Sorry folks, my repeated visits to my own piece would only appear to be an attempt at increasing it's bulk. But a point needs sharing; the blog registers US timing, and thus the time gap, (we being ahead) helps us in meeting the deadlines- a grace period sort of- of appx 12 hrs. For instance Swatis 23 rd Aug Wedding anniversary is even now very valid as per US time regd in blog.
ReplyDeleteOnly Swati should see it!!!!!
