(For Dhruv, the batman – Part II)
The Taittiriyam says, “ All answers are contained in a Lux soap” !
No, not literally, it says that the “REAL CAUSE of anything and everything is contained inside the human body just like the LUX soap”, albeit covered by disposable and degradable wrappers or “sheaths”.
Dhruv beta, Amma or Appa should be able to tell you all about tough words, if not, then an acharya (teacher) and then an athithi (guest) so say the Upanishad, so don’t be afraid of tough words like “sheaths”! Just ask people in the order mentioned in the Upanishads. (First ask, Mother, then Father, then the teacher, lastly any other outsider or guest)
The Taittiriyam says, “Just as when the body becomes useless (dead), we burn it, so too with all that is plastic, incinerate it”. So do not grieve when somebody dies, only the plastic is being burnt. That which is burnt is the outermost plastic cover called the “Annamaya” Kosha. (Kosha is sheath, Anna means food, therefore annamaya kosha is the physical body made of carbon and hydrogen in a particular plastic combination for a desired period of time , which can be disposed naturally by burning without risk to environment, you can however also use the incinerator or the electric furnace – it only shortens the time required for disposal)
The scientists do not like anybody who seems to know the answers, they immediately have questions to ask – But what about oxygen, money? Surely man cannot live on oxygen alone, they may ask. He needs to eat, so needs money to live so that he may eat, if not to make incinerators to dispose plastic? What use is this Taittiriyam?
Well, the Taittiriyam admits, that for the living, oxygen and money are necessary, but proposes to the scientists the following theory – The scientists who think that Oxygen is natural and Money is man made are mistaken, because both are man made!
How? Exclaim the scientists, very agitated probably eager to know. First, says Taittiriyam, learn the Pranayama! The scientists agree. They practice Pranayama and come to resume their argument, “ We know pranayama, but how does this make oxygen and money both man made?” The Taittiriyam says , practice harder, for some elders have said “Practise makes Perfect” and to listen to elders is always the easier route!
There are of course arguments like which nostril is intake and which is the exhaust, but after coming to a temporary truce amongst themselves, scientists reiterate the question. Read on if you are interested.
