Vichiism of the day by Shruti Naresh Iyer

Civics is interesting only upto "Diversity, Prejudice and Discrimination".
It gets pakau when we get to "Understanding Government".

  1. Hi Shruti sweetheart

If this is your vichiism quote, I am wondering as to why, you cannot qualify for much bigger platforms and be recognised/get awards too for the talent.

But since the piece is quite complicated, it is not easily understood. You must have had something in mind when you wrote this crisp piece. It will be wonderful to share this.

Can you write Beta, what your thoughts were, so that we can enjoy this piece even better?

    Love

  3. Hi Shruti!

Nice to see you on the blog. I fully understand your feelings from my own experience of coaching Rishabh in Civics for the never-ending cylce of tests at school...

I guess heavy topics must be made simple for school children and must be detailed only for those who take up higher studies by choice on such subjects like Civics.

I also feel that any school subject can be enjoyed by a student when the teacher can teach it well and generate interest in the minds of the student. I try to fill this gap at home for Rishabh as much as possible.

Keep writing Shruti; I will also ask Rishabh to contribute on his own.

    Cheers,

    Ganesh
